Lets face it life and living life needs a "Life Coach". My Focus Life Style Coaching and Fitness Training program is designed to jump start a life style change that will take you beyond where you are and to where you thought you could not be.
In order to accomplish the life style change I am talking about, one has to acquire a focus that facilitates the change process. As a licensed Psychotherapist, Ordained Minister, Life Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer, I have combined these disciplines and designed an approach to your life style change that I call FOCUS. Focus or to have FOCUS is the very perspective that is required to move forward and go beyond where you currenly are in your living and life style. What is dynamically at play and essential to your desired life style change are the domains of your, Spiritual, Mental and Emotional Health and Physical Wellbeing.
FOCUS simply explained is a strenght based approach to changing your life style and your way of living. FOCUS is an acrostic for Focus On Continual Use of Strenght. I help you identify your strenghts in each of the domains noted, (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical) and we develop these strenghts and integrate them into your preferred life style habits. What happens with many of us is that our life habits often become routines and the routines morph into "Ruts". (Ruined Under Today's Stress) Life and living is no longer fresh, challenging and adventurous. Instead, in a RUT, we languish, lose interest, take one another and living for granted.
The FOCUS program is an intensive 30 day process meeting up to five hours a week. Three hours of personal fitness training that is dynamic and emphasizes functional training, and two hours a week of Life Coaching. The goal is to anchor together the phsyical training and life coaching sessions which creates the essential experience that enhances one's movement toward Life Sytle change.
